Dr. Les Ollila prepared and was provided for 1. radio broadcasts for Building Great Leaders radio program on 88.1 KHMG in Guam 2. radio broadcasts for Crosstalk on VCY Radio in Milwaukee 3. writing and taping over 100 BGL television programs telecast on VCY Television Channel 30 in Milwaukee and available in online streaming and DVD formats through VCY America 4. instruction for the VCY Bible Institute with around 400 students enrolled and 5. authoring a manuscript for the BGL devotional book "A New Normal" available in late-2022.

Dr. Les Ollila Chairman was provided as the keynote speaker a college with around 400 students a university with around 3,000 students a seminary with around 50 in attendance and a day-school with around 200 in attendance for eleven different events in two states and lectured on the topics of leadership relationships responsibility maintaining high standards and maturity and other related topics to the students and institutional leadership.

Dr. Les Ollila was provided as the keynote speaker in houses of worship in four states for 28 events and spoke on the topics of prayer Christian living charity honesty wisdom service and other missional topics to leaders in those congregations with an average of around 350 in attendance at each event.

Dr. Les Ollila was provided as the keynote speaker at ministry leadership conferences banquets retreats and youth camps for fifty-eight events in eight states and one foreign country hosted by non-profit organizations speaking on topics related to marriage prayer servant leadership humility stewardship vision encouragement faithfulness usefulness honesty happiness and focus among many other missional topics with an average of around 120 in attendance at each event.
