Scientific and Economic Research: We research threats to U.S. critical infrastructure. During 2020 our efforts have focused on analyzing rolling blackouts in California as well as the operational steps to protect grid control rooms against Covid-19. We created https: CovidClue.com as a tool for policy makers and the public. Lastly we released 2 reports on the cost of protecting the U.S. electric grid from electromagnetic pulse.

Public Education: Through our updated website https: www.resilientsocieties.org and public statements we educate the public on threats to critical infrastructure especially threats to the U.S. electric grid and its interdependent infrastructures.

Fundraising expenditures $865 and General & Administrative expenditures to maintain our Private Foundation $36,438: Most of our Direct Charitable Activities are accomplished via time donated by volunteers. Accordingly administrative expenditures are a large portion of our total expenditures when compared to other charitable organizations that rely on paid staff.
