Application – The Gaylord Foundation Sample of Recent Grant Recipients Sample of Recent Grant Recipients Proposals to the E.L. and Thelma Gaylord Foundation are initiated through our online Grant Request Portal. To be considered, please submit a Letter of Inquiry by January 15th or July 15th. The Foundation accepts applications from qualified 501(C)3 charitable organizations with a geographical preference for the greater metropolitan Oklahoma City area. Grants will not be made to individuals. The Trustees consider applications based on the merits of the proposal and subject to the Foundation’s annual financial requirements. The Foundation admits one grant request per year. Letter of Inquiry cut-off dates are January 15 and July 15. Late submissions are not accepted and will be delayed until the following cycle.
