Eligible applicant types include: Other Local Government Consortium, Regional Organization (Intrastate), or Other Local Government Combination, U.S. State Government (including the District of Columbia), Federally Recognized Indian/Native American/Alaska Native Tribal Government, Transit Authority, Nonprofit Organization.
