Music therapists create moments of joy and emotional support—even during unimaginable challenges for children and their families. As part of our mission, we are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2025–2026 Angelina’s Song Scholarship! Scholarship Guidelines and Application The Angelina’s Song Scholarship awards $5,000 to deserving students pursuing a degree in Music Therapy at an AMTA-approved college or university . This scholarship supports future music therapists—students who share our passion for using music as a tool for healing and who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Funds will be paid directly to the recipient’s university and applied toward tuition and related expenses for the 2025–2026 academic year. We are looking for passionate, motivated students who: They are pursuing a degree in music therapy at an AMTA-approved institution . Show a genuine commitment to the field of music therapy and are actively involved in their communities. Are available for a remote interview in July 2025 . Are excited to uphold the mission of Angelina’s Song by helping to spread awareness about the power of music therapy. First-time applicants and returning recipients are encouraged to apply! However, please note that all new and returning applications will be reviewed equally, and continued funding is not guaranteed. Expectations of Scholarship Recipients In addition to academic excellence, we ask our recipients to stay engaged with our cause by: Attending local Angelina’s Song events (if possible).
