Make It Happen! Grants – PATH Foundation Search Community Link Resources Center for Nonprofit Excellence Make It Happen! grants support innovative ideas that inspire and motivate the community. Grants are available up to $25,000. The goal is to support projects that foster community engagement, promote creativity, and enrich the can-do attitude of our region. Organizations eligible for consideration must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, a religious institution, or a local government entity operating in Fauquier, Rappahannock, or Culpeper counties. The project should inspire and motivate the community, creating new opportunities or addressing existing challenges. Grants may not be used for past or ongoing programs, sponsorships, or team equipment. Requests must be consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the PATH Foundation. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis until funds for the fiscal year are exhausted. Applicants can expect to hear from the PATH Foundation within 30 days of submission regarding the outcome of their proposal.
