Deafblind Graduate Certificate Grant Initiative is a grant from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) that funds tuition and fees for Texas educators pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Deafblindness through Texas Tech University. The 15-credit-hour online certificate program covers anatomy of vision and auditory systems, communication strategies, and programs and services for students with deafblindness and multiple disabilities.
