The 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a multi-year capital funding program from the Metropolitan Council that allocates federal, state, and local transportation funding to projects in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The TIP covers a wide range of transportation investments including transit infrastructure, road safety improvements, electrification, and community connectivity projects.
