2026-2027 Texas Mobile STEM Laboratory Statewide Program Manager Grant | Texas Education Agency Grant Compliance and Administration 2026-2027 Texas Mobile STEM Laboratory Statewide Program Manager Grant The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking to continue providing school systems in Texas with Mobile STEM Laboratories that can be reserved by districts across the state of Texas for up to one week through an application process.
The Texas Mobile STEM Laboratory Statewide Management Grant will oversee the statewide administration of the Texas Mobile STEM Laboratories. Separately, the Texas Mobile STEM Laboratory Program Grant will focus on managing and delivering instruction within the eight state-owned mobile STEM labs.
The state-owned Texas Mobile STEM Laboratory program provides kindergarten–grade 8 students with pre-approved STEM activities that integrate content knowledge, the engineering design process, and technology/equipment that can be transported to all regions of Texas.

Throughout its work, IMLS places importance on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
