gov are required to submit an original signed, notarized letter confirming the authorized entity administrator associated with the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number before the registration is activated. National Cybersecurity Review (NCSR) The Federal FY24 HSGP NOFO has made the 2024 Nationwide Cybersecurity Review (NCSR) optional.
IDHS still highly recommends organizations complete the NCSR, as it is a good way for organizations to benchmark and measure progress toward improving their cybersecurity, at no cost. The NCSR is estimated to be open from October 2024 to February 2025.

Post-Award Manual IDHS has created a resource manual for grant sub-recipients to use as a reference guide for administration of federal and state grants awarded through IDHS.

California State Nonprofit Security Grant Program (CSNSGP) is a grant from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services that funds target hardening and security enhancements for nonprofit organizations at high risk for violent attacks and hate crimes due to their ideology, beliefs, or mission. Awards of up to $200,000 per organization are available, with $76 million allocated in the latest funding round. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in California.
