Request for Information Regarding Products and Categories of Products Used in Housing Programs Pursuant to the Build America, Buy America Act is sponsored by Housing and Urban Development Department. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks public input, in support of HUD's implementation of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA or the Act), on the availability of domestically manufactured items necessary for the construction, alteration, maintenance and repair of housing and certain other infrastructure projects in the United States funded through HUD's Federal Financial Assistance (FFA).
