Calls for applications - Research Council of Finland The Research Council of Finland has two major calls for applications each year: in spring and in winter. We also offer a number of other calls throughout the year. The call deadlines are non-negotiable.

Depending on the funding opportunity, the funding is applied for either by the principal investigator (PI) of the research project or by the research organisation. On this page, we publish the calls that are currently open for application as well as information on forthcoming calls.
