The Cooperator has demostrated track record for completion of projects on time and on budget with excellent quality. The cooperator maintains the largest collection of recorded bird vocalizations, and has the equipment, experience, expertise, and proven ability to conduct this type of research in an efficient and effective manner. Similar work has been conducted by Cornell related to the Federally Endangered Ivory-billed Woodpecker in South Carolina.
