ACL Formula Grant Support The APS TARC provides technical assistance, via individual requests, webinars and other mechanisms, to recipients of the Administration for Community Living’s (ACL) grants to APS programs in each state, territory, and the District of Columbia. These grants are frequently referred to as “formula grants” as funds are allocated based on a formula outlined in the Elder Justice Act.
