Launching first in the DFW in September 2025, the AI Collaborative is designed for executive leaders from across Texas districts, charter organizations, and K12 nonprofits.

Leading in the AI Era with Confidence & Vision – Sept 29-30th, 2025 The Future of Work in the AI Era – Dec 2, 2025 AI in the Classroom – Jan 13th, 2026 Building Better Operations with AI – Feb 19th, 2026 How to Stay Human-centered in the AI Era – Apr 7 th, 2026 A Path Forward: Sharing Our Learning – May 5th, 2026 In addition, school district teams are working on a pressing challenge facing their organization that could be addressed with AI, with the guidance and support of expert organizations, including Digital Promise, MGT, and Playlab/MAYA.

The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama. Applicants must be public school systems submitting on behalf of schools with K–12 students. The grant supports the purchase of robotics equipment and program development aligned with AMSTI guidelines. Applications are submitted online through the AMSTI Robotics Grant portal. The Fiscal Year 2026 application deadline was September 30, 2025. Questions should be directed to robotics@amsti.org. The program is managed by the Alabama State Department of Education under State Superintendent Eric G. Mackey.
