An applicant seeking to amend its grant application must submit a narrative description of, and clear justification for, the requested changes, and a revised Standard Form 424 (Application for Federal Assistance). Amendments submitted after the application submission deadline will not be considered during the Administrative or Merit Review stages. Consideration of amendments will only occur for applications that progress to the Programmatic Review stage.Application package submitted prior to the submission deadline for VA-SPORTS-26 will be used for consideration in both the Administrative and Merit Review stages.When submitting, organizations must select Revision on the SF424 and list the Grants.gov # for originally submitted application (GRANT#######) in the "If Revision, select appropriate letter(s)" field.
