AMVETS scholarships are designed to fulfill a financial gap after all Federal/State grants and/or scholarships available to an eligible applicant have been exhausted.
Veteran Scholarship Program Scholarships offered for the Construction Skilled Trades Industries to enter or advance careers in the skilled trades. Two scholarships of $12,000 for veterans and active duty in the United States military, National Guard or Reserves. Scholarships of $4,000 awarded annually to veterans and active duty in the United States military, National Guard or Reserves.
Scholarships of $4,000 for the spouses/widows of veterans and active duty in the United States military, National Guard or Reserves. Scholarships of $4,000 offered to the child or grandchild of veterans and active duty in the United States military, National Guard or Reserves.
