To submit an application: Review the eligibility requirements the Applicant guide (PDF, 456 kB) the Technical guide (PDF, 508 kB) Complete the following forms: BSP Use of Canadian Materials and Content Form (PDF, 292 kB) BSP Project Cost Detailing Sheet (XLSX, 46 kB) BSP Technology Questionnaire (if applicable) (PDF, 295 kB) Submit an application through our online application portal When you create a submission, be sure to select BC (PacifiCan) – Business Scale-Up and Productivity (BSP) Applications must include: a completed application (submitted in the portal ) a completed BSP Use of Canadian Materials and Content Form a detailed project cost breakdown entered in the BSP Project Cost Detailing Sheet a completed BSP Technology Questionnaire (technology commercialization projects only) financial statements for at least 2 complete years forecasted income statements and cash flow for the project duration written confirmation of funding from all sources (non-government funding must be at least 50% of project costs) PacifiCan may consider applications submitted under one program for suitability and potential funding under other PacifiCan programs, subject to eligibility requirements and available funding.
