ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE - National Network of Abortion Funds Supporting people in California. ACCESS provides free, confidential, and nonjudgmental information, referrals, and advocacy on the full range of reproductive healthcare, with a special expertise in and abortion services.
ACCESS may contribute to the cost of an abortion or other reproductive/sexual health care appointment, as well as costs associated with travel, lodging, childcare, and other logistical barriers to accessing your appointment. In addition, ACCESS has a network of over 100 trained and vetted Practical Support Volunteers across the state who offer rides, funding, and emotional/doula support during one's appointment.

The vision for ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE, founded in 1993, was not only to provide information and practical support on all aspects of reproductive health, but to build a community actively working to meet the real needs of people. ACCESS removes barriers to sexual and reproductive health care and strengthens the power of Californians to demand health, justice, and dignity.
ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE's Community In Fiscal Year 2022-2023, ACCESS supported 1,421 individuals from 29 states and 2 countries to access care. While our bilingual Healthline is one pillar of our work, we also use community mobilization and policy advocacy to advance reproductive justice for all communities in California.
