_ 7/1/2023 ## Long-Term Funding Framework (LTFF) The Cancer, Cardiovascular, and Pulmonary Disease (CCPD) Review Committee led the selection process for the program’s Long-Term Funding Framework (LTFF), guiding future grantmaking decisions. * From 2024-2025, the program completed a structured, multi-phase process to identify high-impact strategies aligned with CCPD’s mission, values, goals, and priority populations.
This transparent, evidence-informed approach engaged program staff, subject matter experts, interns, and leadership. Strategies were screened using minimum criteria and evaluated across domains such as community support, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and capacity.
* The final tiered strategy recommendations were discussed and adopted at the July 11, 2025, Review Committee meeting and will guide funding decisions in future CCPD grant cycles. * Learn more about the process to select strategies and develop the LTFF * CCPD Long-Term Funding Framework (LTFF): Strategy Selection – Process and Engagement Overview.
