Please begin this process at least 90 days before an application deadline (March, June, September or December). For new and returning organizations, please create or login to your account . You will first be prompted to update or add organization background.

Once the review is complete, your Program Officer will reach out to schedule a call to discuss the project. During the call, staff will discuss the project need, timeline, other identified funding sources, and expected outcomes. 3.
After discussing your project with a Program Officer, further instructions will be given. If an application is released, please complete the application by the given deadline. How to Access and Complete an Application 4.
Once the application and all required documents are submitted by the deadline, your Program Officer will be in touch. Often, a site visit will be requested. 5.
A decision will be made approximately 3-6 months after the application deadline. 6. If a grant is received by your organization, a contract will be sent to your organization leader.
After the contract is signed, grant funds will be released. 7. Upon project completion, a Final Report must be received and reviewed by staff.
