Capital Grant Opportunities (for Colorado Nonprofits) is sponsored by Gates Family Foundation. The Gates Family Foundation invests in capital projects for nonprofit and community organizations across Colorado, in both rural and urban areas. These grants are generally limited to comprehensive capital campaigns for building purchases, construction, expansion, renovation, and/or land acquisition. Priority is given to projects that address root problems with substantive solutions, demonstrate community involvement, serve underserved communities, and have strong board engagement and financial support.
