## Aviation Workforce Development Grants The program consists of two educational grant programs. The Aircraft Pilots Workforce Development Grants Program supports recruitment of aircraft pilots or unmanned aircraft systems operators’ workforce through education, outreach, recruitment, and military career transition.
The Aviation Maintenance Technical Workforce Grants Program supports the education and recruitment of aviation maintenance technical workers and the development of the aviation maintenance workforce.
