By investing in aspiring estheticians, we’re ensuring that talented students from all backgrounds have the opportunity to turn their passion into a career.

Named after the daughter of our very own Michael Q. Pugliese, this scholarship was created to promote and celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and affirmation. We believe in the power and necessity of education, as stated by our CEO: “Having early access to quality education can set students up for lifetime success.
As a company committed to equality in education, Circadia has a responsibility to nurture and support under-represented esthetician students while helping the industry build a more diverse cohort of professionals. ” This scholarship is open to any applicant who: Is a student of esthetics, skincare formulation, and/or cosmetic chemistry. Identifies as black, indigenous, or a person of color (BIPOC).
Is a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age by the start date of the program at their accredited school or institution. Each scholarship winner receives: $5000 to help further education at an accredited program. A place in a mentorship program which includes three 1-hour calls with a Circadia Educator to discuss business proposals, financial overview, skincare products and other services.
An all-expense paid trip to attend Circadia Connect - our annual educational event & gala, as well as invitations for future Connect & Gala events. The California Department of Education (CDE) Early Education Division is making approximately .7 million available to expand California State Preschool Program (CSPP) services statewide, appropriated under the 2021 Budget Act. Eligible applicants are local educational agencies (LEAs), including school districts, county offices of education, community college districts, and direct-funded charter schools—both current CSPP contractors and new applicants. Funding supports full-day/full-year or part-day/part-year preschool services for income-eligible children beginning in FY 2024–25.
