The CMF-Manitoba Film and Music Predevelopment Program for Documentary Productions is a joint initiative between the Canada Media Fund and Manitoba Film and Music supporting Manitoba producers in the early development stages of linear documentary productions. Applications to the Promote, Perform and Build programs are evaluated by MFM based on project development plans, track records, touring schedules, strength of support team, distribution plans and/or business viability. Applications submitted to the Produce and Produce Out-of-Province Artists programs are evaluated through a jury process.
