Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - Economic Development is a grant from Kansas Department of Commerce that provides up to $750,000 to non-entitlement Kansas cities and counties, which then loan the funds to private businesses for job creation, infrastructure improvements, and working capital for micro-enterprises.
