Community Grants - Overlook Foundation Now Accepting 2026 Community Grant Applications Overlook Foundation proudly supports local nonprofit organizations through community grants that fund health-related initiatives. Eligible organizations must serve the primary catchment area for Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center , which includes Union County and its neighboring communities.
We are now accepting applications for the 2026 Community Grant cycle. The deadline to apply is February 27, 2026 . Review the 2026 Community Grants Guidelines Past grantees: Submit a completed 2026 Community Grant Report to overlookgrants@atlantichealth.
org before applying for a 2026 grant. Complete the 2026 Community Grant Application and include all required attachments as outlined in the guidelines. Submit your full application package as a single PDF to overlookgrants@atlantichealth.
org. Please ensure your application is complete; incomplete submissions cannot be accepted. Reminder: Past grantees must submit a Community Grant Report within one (1) year of receiving grant funds.
