Porter County Community Fund The Porter County Community Fund is an unrestricted fund that strengthens the community we live in through an open grant process for humanitarian, cultural, educational, and environmental purposes.
This fund enables PCCF to support nonprofit capacity-building programs, bolster community enhancement projects and planning efforts, respond quickly to emergencies, and meet the critical, ever-changing needs of Porter County. The application for the next grant cycle will open July 1. The deadline to apply is August 15, 2026, at noon.

Women's Fund of Porter County The Women’s Fund of Porter County offers an opportunity for women in Porter County to collectively share the joy of giving and address the most important needs of women and children in our community—together. The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
