Established in 2010, the program began with one unique card, a benefit for TARC. Since then, it has grown to nine card designs and beneficiaries, including: Boys and Girls Clubs of Topeka, Harvesters - Community Food Network, Helping Hands Humane Society, Shawnee Heights USD 450, Stormont Vail & Children’s Miracle Network, Supporting Kids Foundation and Topeka Rescue Mission (TRM).
To date, Azura has donated over $1 million to the participating organizations. Shawnee Heights USD 450 is a public unified school district serving the communities of southeast Topeka, Tecumseh, Berryton, Watson and nearby rural areas. Proceeds from this card benefit the teachers and students of the district. Stormont Vail Foundation / Children's Miracle Network In 2018, Stormont Vail became the Children’s Miracle Network hospital for northeast Kansas.
Funds help support numerous pediatric programs for emergency patient needs, nursing scholarships, facility upgrades and new equipment. Supporting Kids Foundation Supporting Kids Foundation is helping Kansas City area families battle childhood cancer with dignity and peace of mind. This non-profit was founded by neighbors and friends in Lenexa in 2009, who understand firsthand that "no one budgets for cancer."
