_For more information please contact the Grants & Contracts team at grants@savannahga. gov or 912-651-6520. _ The City of Savannah’s FY2026 Community Partnership Program invests in nonprofit programs that strengthen the well-being of Savannah residents and support the City’s community priorities.
Funded programs provide critical services in areas such as economic access and opportunity, workforce development, youth development, health and wellness, public safety, and homelessness coordination. Funding is organized into three categories: Community Investments, Essential Services, and Homeless System Coordination. The application cycle opens June 8, 2026 and close July 23, 2026 at 5:00PM.
