Provide enrollment assistance to enrollees renewing their health insurance coverage. Assist enrollees or potential enrollees with complaints or questions regarding their health coverage or an eligibility determination related to their coverage.
Provide information in a fair and impartial manner which is culturally and linguistically appropriate and accessible for persons with disabilities, for the populations being served, including individuals with limited English proficiency.
