Applications to this program should feature creative sector projects that address either visibility, innovation, or both. </p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><b>Visibility</b> – Enhance public awareness of creatives and creative industries through marketing, branding, and outreach efforts.

2026 - 2027 Creative Innovation and Impact Grant Application Guidelines (PDF) <span class=\"text-headline--medium\"><span class=\"text-headline--small\">Eligibility</span></span></h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Applicants must be a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation, unit of government; college or university; or school district providing creative sector programming and/or services in Pennsylvania.
</li>\r\n<li>Applicants are required to provide proof of incorporation and activity in Pennsylvania before an application will be reviewed or awarded funds. </li>\r\n<li>Fiscal agents and fiscal sponsors are not eligible to apply for Creative Innovation & Impact funding.
</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h4><span class=\"text-headline--medium\"><span class=\"text-headline--small\">Funding Restrictions</span></span></h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Grant funds cannot be used for any of the following:</li>\r\n<li>Activities that occur outside the Performance Period. </li>\r\n<li>Activities that have a religious purpose. </li>\r\n<li>Payments to lobbyists.
</li>\r\n<li>Cash prizes and awards. </li>\r\n<li>Benefit activities. </li>\r\n<li>Hospitality expenses.
</li>\r\n<li>Competitions. </li>\r\n<li>Performances and exhibitions not available to the public. </li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<h4><span class=\"text-headline--medium\"><span class=\"text-headline--small\">Please note the following:</span></span></h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Generally, grant amounts will be between $100,000 and $150,000.
