Funding Details: Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program - Rural Health Information Hub Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program Federal Emergency Management Agency, SAMHSA Disaster Technical Assistance Center, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Applications accepted on an ongoing basis The Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) provides grants and technical assistance to help individuals and communities recover from natural and human-caused disasters through community outreach and access to mental health services.
CCP provides supplemental funding to mental health authorities through two grant Immediate Services Program (ISP) grant provides funding for up to 60 days after a presidential disaster Regular Services Program (RSP) grant provides funding for up to 9 months after a presidential In addition to grant funding, SAMHSA works with FEMA to provide technical assistance, consultation, and training for state and local mental health personnel.

CCP service providers are usually members of the affected communities and are sometimes survivors themselves.
