Delta Irrigation Strategic Fund Pool Improve irrigation efficiency in the Delta Conservation District. The overall goal is to improve the on-farm flood irrigation systems, replace existing dirt ditches that are eroding away and losing irrigation water through seepage, and improve crop production by implementing practices to improve on farm irrigation systems and conveyance systems over the next 5 years.
