Detailed program procedures, including eligible entities, eligible activities, scoring criteria, application requirements, and more, will be publicly posted before the application portal opens. WVDED encourages applications from community anchor institutions, economic development organizations, local governments, nonprofit organizations, and other entities that serve the eight Digital Equity Act covered populations .
To submit questions on these programs, please use the Question Submission Form . WVDED will respond to questions directly via email. Questions will also be collected and answered in a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document on our website.
