Insurance Fraud Grant Programs / Insurance Fraud Grant Programs Insurance Fraud Grant Programs The Enforcement Branch administers five grant programs that provide funding to county district attorney offices to assist with their efforts to investigate and prosecute insurance fraud.
The Fraud Division administers four of the five grant programs: Automobile Insurance Fraud, Organized Automobile Fraud Activity Interdiction; Disability and Healthcare Insurance Fraud, and Workers' Compensation Insurance Fraud. The Investigation Division administers the Life and Annuity Consumer Protection Program. Grant Funding Announcements Funding Announcements are published annually during February and March.
If you are interested in applying for grant funding under one or more of the Insurance Fraud Grant Programs, you may view the Funding Announcements on our Grant Management System (GMS) . Grant Management System (GMS) County district attorney offices who are interested in applying for grant funding may do so by accessing the Grant Management System (GMS) .
Grant Case Management System (GCMS) County district attorney offices who have received a Disability and Healthcare (DHC) Insurance Fraud Grant and/or an Organized Automobile Fraud Activity Interdiction (Urban) Grant shall use the Grant Case Management System (GCMS) to access the case reporting requirements.
District Attorney Reporting (DAR) County district attorney offices who have received an Automobile (Auto) Insurance Fraud Grant and/or a Workers' Compensation (WC) Insurance Fraud Grant shall use the District Attorney Reporting (DAR) to access the statistical reporting.
