Economic Development Fund for East Tennessee - East Tennessee Foundation Economic Development Fund for East Tennessee Established in 1991, this fund supports charitable and educational programs aimed at fostering regional economic development. The Economic Development Fund for East Tennessee will award new grants in 2026. The application opens May 4, 2026.

Organizations can apply for amounts up to $5,000. Grants will be awarded for one-year terms in August 2026. The grant term is August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027.
