Grant Information - BISSELL Pet Foundation BISSELL Pet Foundation provides a variety of initiatives for organizations that share our lifesaving mission. Approved Partners for Pets members may be eligible to participate in our lifesaving programs. Learn More About Partners for Pets Empty the Shelters® (ETS) events are reduced-fee adoption events that take place simultaneously at animal welfare organizations across the country.
In addition to the following, a full list of requirements will be shared within each event-specific application: Be a member of the Partners for Pets Program Maintain a physical adoption facility or shelter building; the program is not suited for foster-based rescues Follow reduced-fee guidelines Attend at an informational webinar before and after each event Complete required reports Available animals must be sterilized and microchipped (and registered to the new adopter before leaving your facility) Interested in participating in a future event?

Fix the Future® and Spay/Neuter BISSELL Pet Foundation is breaking the barriers to affordable and accessible spay/neuter services through Fix the Future®, a program where BPF pays contracted veterinarians directly and connects them with approved Host Organizations (such as animal shelters and designated spay/neuter facilities) in regions where spay/neuter services are needed.
