Scholarship Application – EVIT Foundation Need Help Paying for EVIT? Financial Support For Students Who Need It Most The EVIT Foundation offers need-based scholarships to help students cover the cost of EVIT programs. These scholarships are designed for students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch and need financial assistance to get started and stay enrolled.
Online scholarship applications are currently closed. Students may still apply in person during EVIT Fee Days. Because funds are limited, students who qualify are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

You should apply for an EVIT Foundation Scholarship if: You are enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, an EVIT program You qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch You need financial help covering program-related costs such as tools, uniforms, or required certifications Scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis You may apply in person during Fee Days Funds are limited and may be fully allocated quickly Not all qualified applicants can be funded if demand exceeds available resources Scholarships are limited and reserved for students with demonstrated financial need.
If you are able to cover program costs, please allow others to apply. Applying early gives you the best chance of receiving assistance.
By submitting a scholarship application, you acknowledge that the information you provide may be reviewed by the EVIT Foundation and, when necessary, shared with trusted third-party partners, donors, or sponsoring organizations for the purpose of evaluating eligibility, securing funding, or administering scholarship awards.
Information shared will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to process applications, verify eligibility, and obtain financial support on behalf of applicants. Third parties receiving this information are expected to use it solely for scholarship-related purposes. S ubmitting an application does not guarantee funding.
Scholarship awards are subject to eligibility requirements, available funds, and approval by the EVIT Foundation and/or participating funding partners. Application Form 2025 - 2026 All approved applicants will be notified within 48 hours during Fee Days . Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application.
To be considered, you must fill out the form COMPLETELY. Do NOT pay on your school account, The Foundation can only pay the school and will not reimburse students. Financial Assistance funds may only be used to pay for the following expenses: registration fees; books and supplies, including tools; lab fees; uniforms; or other expenses associated with attending EVIT Programs.

The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama. Applicants must be public school systems submitting on behalf of schools with K–12 students. The grant supports the purchase of robotics equipment and program development aligned with AMSTI guidelines. Applications are submitted online through the AMSTI Robotics Grant portal.
