Motorcycle Training Locations The Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program (PAMSP) has contracted with several third-party motorcycle training providers to offer motorcycle safety training classes that will include the motorcycle skills test licensing waiver.
Non-CDL driving skills tests may be scheduled at the third-party sites in addition to PennDOT Driver’s License Centers.
