## NASA Exploration Ground Systems Program _FIRST_ Robotics Grant Opportunities and Requirements for the 2023-2024 Competition Season The NASA Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) Program is excited to announce a funding opportunity for teams participating in the 2022 _FIRST_® LEGO League (FLL), _FIRST_® Tech Challenge (FTC) and 2022 _FIRST_® Robotics Competition (FRC) Season!
The primary objective of the EGS grant is to motivate, educate and inform students of the importance and application of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. It is also EGS’s goal to inspire students, teachers, and the general public about NASA, the EGS Program and how the world benefits from United States space exploration activities.

The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama. Applicants must be public school systems submitting on behalf of schools with K–12 students. The grant supports the purchase of robotics equipment and program development aligned with AMSTI guidelines. Applications are submitted online through the AMSTI Robotics Grant portal.
