A fiscal sponsorship is an empowering collaboration between MAPS and the operators of independent projects aligned with our mission. Our program is structured as a grantor-grantee relationship, meaning that donors are able to make tax-deductible contributions to MAPS in support of the charitable project, and MAPS then re-grants these funds to the sponsored entity that operates the project.
This model can be thought of as a partnership for progress, catalyzing innovative community initiatives and expanding MAPS’ overall impact.
