Eligible individuals can apply for the following types of equipment: Manual and power wheelchairs, Walkers and wheeled walkers, Other specialty equipment. F. R.
E. E. has eight Virginia locations: Roanoke, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Lynchburg, Winchester, Harrisonburg, and Smyth County.
