Fuel Futures Grant - Minnequa Works Credit Union Minnequa Works Credit Union - Fueling Futures Originally launched in 2024 in Southern Colorado, the Fueling Futures Grant is continuing to expand its impact to empower even more small businesses and organizations in our community.
In 2026, Minnequa Works Credit Union will award up to $30,000 in grant funding, with individual grants of up to $2,000 available for small business owners and entrepreneurs. This initiative is designed to fuel growth, sustainability, and economic vitality—helping local businesses thrive and make a lasting impact. Fueling Futures Grant Application Thank you for your interest in the Minnequa Works Credit Union Entrepreneurship Grant. In 2026, Minnequa Works Credit Union will award up to $30,000 in grant funding, with individual grants of up to $2,000 available for small business owners and entrepreneurs. This initiative is designed to fuel growth, sustainability, and economic vitality—helping local businesses thrive and make a lasting impact.
Award winners must be able to open an account at Minnequa Works Credit Union for their business, where the funds will be deposited. What is the name of your business or business idea? (Required) Describe your business.
What products or services does your business offer? What inspired you to start your business and who does your business help? (Required) What makes your business or product unique?
How are you different from the competition? (Required) How long have you been working on this concept? (Required) Provide a detailed breakdown of how you anticipate the grant funds to be utilized.
(Required) Describe the current challenges you face in your business and how this grant can help address them? (Required) Does your business currently have revenue? If so, how much revenue did your business generate over the past year (please note if your business has been open for less than a year) (Required) In what ways do you see Minnequa Works Credit Union as a partner in your success beyond grant support?
(Required) GrantTerms and Conditions (Required) A requirement of the grant distribution is that Membership must be established with Minnequa Works Credit Union. Grant funds will be deposited directly into the recipient’s Minnequa Works Credit Union business account.
Business/Organization must be located in Southern Colorado in a county that Minnequa Works Credit Union serves A brief summary (up to 2 pages) outlining the business’s goals and strategies may be requested. I agree to the grant terms and conditions.
