This fosters a pipeline of competitive contractors ready to serve all levels of government (federal, state, and local). Apex Accelerator assists companies through a variety of services including technical assistance, counseling, bid matching services, sub-contracting assistance, workshops, and conferences.
Program counselors are located in all regions of the state, with a heightened focus on outreach to rural and underserved communities. Most Apex Accelerator services are also free of charge. Between July 1 2023 and June 30 2025, Apex Accelerator helped 5,715 Oregon businesses obtain federal contracts with a total value exceeding $411 million.
