Financial Incentives & Programs Government Resources Accelerating Needed Transformation (GRANT) Program The GRANT Program has obligated funding to support over 350 federal grant applications throughout the Commonwealth which represent close to $1 Billion in total project costs.
Due to tremendous interest in the GRANT Program, all funding allocated for City, County, Subdivision of City/County, and Public Service projects has been obligated. The funding allocated for 501(c)(3) non-profit projects has less than 1% of funds remaining. The Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development will not be accepting new GRANT Program applications at this time due to funding availability.
The Cabinet will continue to monitor available funding and report recaptured funds. Thank you for your interest in the GRANT Program. Thank you for your patience and understanding as the program will continually be adjusted during these initial stages to better serve our process partners.

The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
