How to Apply - The Catholic Foundation Each spring and fall, The Catholic Foundation awards Dallas-area Catholic schools, churches and non-profit 501(c)3 organizations grants through the unrestricted Philanthropy Fund as well as endowment funds which support specific purposes. The grant process from the letter of intent through final review takes approximately two months. The Foundation is unable to fund emergency projects.
Key Steps in the Grant Process Register your organization The process begins with our online letter of intent (LOI) form. Once reviewed and approved, an email will be sent with a link to the full online application. Invitation link will be furnished by email.
The application and all uploaded documents must be submitted by the deadline to be considered. Site visits are conducted by our trustees for all grant requests. Trustee will submit evaluations to the entire board for consideration.
