Grants and Funding | Hogg Foundation for Mental Health Grants and Funding | Hogg Foundation for Mental Health We remain committed in our funding strategy to supporting community-level change while deepening our focus on learning, innovation , and partnership to advance mental well-being throughout the state . In an increasingly complex landscape, we recognize the need for flexibility in funding and strategic collaboration.
By leveraging our partnerships, we aim to amplify our impact, strengthen access to care, and promote transformative and upstream solutions. We do not accept unsolicited proposals. Grantee Partner Resources Scholarships & Fellowships Funding decisions based on the merit of proposals received.
A rating instrument is used to evaluate proposals and identify a subset for possible funding. A committee reviews the merits of each proposal. Each initiative is assigned to a project lead who is responsible for day-to-day management, including communication and coordination with grantee partners and other recipients.
To avoid conflicts of interest, our staff do not accept phone calls regarding applications. The foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals. All other questions must be submitted to our grants management team .

Because of this, our grants are focused in the following areas: Research, Innovation, and Education Texas Grants Resource Center Texas Grants Resource Center (TGRC), as a part of the foundation, serves as a bridge between the grant-seeking and the grant-making communities, providing information, training, and technical assistance for both nonprofit organizations and individuals.
TGRC staff cannot assist with Hogg Foundation grant proposals.
