No Exceptions. 1. Must not hold U.S. citizenship.
2. Must be a first-time graduate student in the Fall 2026 semester. Must not have attended graduate school.
3. Must not be over 24 years of age as of the June 1, 2026 Submittal Deadline. 4.
Must have been awarded, or will be awarded by the upcoming Fall26 semester, an undergraduate degree from a foreign institution. 5. Must provide a Graduation Plan prepared by an Institution located in the United States and approved by the Department Chair.
6. Must provide a Letter of Acceptance for Enrollment for the upcoming Fall 2026 semester from the Institution 7. Must provide a copy of applicant’s undergraduate Transcript showing the Award Degree with the Fall26 Semester Submittal.
8. Must be fluent in the English language. 9.
Must contribute toward the cost of applicant’s education by working 240 hours from January 1 to September 1, 2026. Employment and/or paid internships must be performed under supervision for compensation. Work can be full-time or part-time.
10. Must provide a copy of the parents Financial Statement using a Form provided by HSF. Value of the Hagan International Scholarship 1.
$2,000 to purchase essential items for college. 2. Up to $7,500 each semester for up to four consecutive semesters or $30,000.
3. Free workshop to learn essential life skills not typically covered in the school curriculum. The intended recipient is a high-achieving goal-driven student having substantial financial need.

The Robotics Grant Program is a grant from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) that funds school-based robotics programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. Awarded through a competitive application process, the program provides up to $3,500 to eligible local education agencies (LEAs) in Alabama. Applicants must be public school systems submitting on behalf of schools with K–12 students.
