2025 HOME-ARP Supportive Services NOFO | Georgia Department of Community Affairs The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and the Georgia Housing Finance Authority (GHFA) are posting the 2025 HOME-ARP Supportive Services (SS) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). This funding opportunity aligns with DCA’s strategic goal to support resources to strengthen pathways along the housing continuum.
